That unsettled feeling often comes with anxiety, especially when life feels like it’s moving too fast and there’s never enough time to breathe, think, or just be. The pressure to keep up can trigger a constant sense of urgency—your mind races, your body stays tense, and it gets harder to feel calm or in control. Over time, anxiety can start to feel like your default state (sounds familiar?), making it difficult to feel grounded or safe in your own body.​

International Therapy Online & Onsite
Online therapy lets you access support from home, making it easier to fit sessions into your schedule—especially when stress comes from time constraints. Online sessions offer consistent support during transitions or disruptions, maintaining progress without interruption.
If you prefer, or if your condition is better supported in an in-person setting, I also offer sessions at my practice. We can discuss the best option for you during our initial consultation.

Is the therapy only in English?
My work is in an international context, and the primary language of my sessions is English.
However, if you feel more comfortable in a different language, I also offer sessions in Polish, German, and Spanish.

I take an integrative and holistic approach to anxiety and stress dysregulation, blending evidence-based methods to support lasting change. My work incorporates Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Techniques, Psychoeducation, and a client-centered approach—ensuring that each session is tailored to your unique needs.

Beyond Coaching: My Journey to Becoming a Licensed Psychotherapy Practitioner
I became licensed in June 2024 through Gesundheitsamt Schöneberg after completing my studies at Paracelsus Academy. I dedicated my time to deepening my expertise in psychotherapy and my passion for understanding anxiety conditions. This commitment led me to earn a CBT Certification from Holbeck College, as well as a Mindfulness and Meditation Teacher Certification.In addition, I am certified as a Psychological Counselor by VFP – the German Association for Free Psychotherapy.

My research embodied emotions and movement later became the foundation for my book, Szamanki w Wielkim Mieście, published by the Polish editorial Nova Res and currently available as an audiobook.

As an non-medical psychotherapy practitioner - HPG licensed psychotherapy practitioner (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapy), I do NOT bill statutory health insurance companies. However, private health insurance or supplementary insurance may fully or partially cover the fees, depending on your policy. Please check with your health insurance provider to see if they reimburse services from a non-medical practitioner and to what extent.
