Along my therapeutic journey, I have specialized in both clinical and non-clinical anxiety conditions.
My focus includes general anxiety, social anxiety, adjustment challenges related to major life changes and transitions, chronic stress and stress dysregulation, as well as emotional numbness and overwhelm.

I understand how workplace interpersonal dynamics can create stress and lead to persistent anxiety. From my experience as an HR Lead and People Partner in Berlin startups, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges that complex team dynamics and organizational structures can create. This experience informs my therapeutic approach, allowing me to combine professional insight into workplace relationships with compassionate support to help you navigate work stress, set boundaries, and regain clarity.

I take an integrative and holistic approach to stress, anxiety, and challenges arising from interpersonal relationships, blending evidence-based methods to support lasting change. My work incorporates Mindfulness, Cognitive-Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Somatic Techniques, Psychoeducation, and a client-centered approach—ensuring that each session is tailored to your unique needs and the dynamics you experience in your work and personal relationships.
Integrative Support Online & Onsite
Online therapy lets you access support from home, making it easier to fit sessions into your schedule—especially when stress comes from time constraints. Online sessions offer consistent support during transitions or disruptions, maintaining progress without interruption.

If you prefer, or if your condition is better supported in an in-person setting, I also offer sessions at my practice. We can discuss the best option for you during our initial consultation.

My work is in an international context, and the primary language of my sessions is English.

However, if you feel more comfortable in a different language, I also offer sessions in Polish, German, and Spanish.

Investment in Your Mental Well-being
As an non-medical psychotherapy practitioner - HPG licensed psychotherapy practitioner (Heilpraktiker für Psychotherapy), I do NOT bill statutory health insurance companies. However, private health insurance or supplementary insurance may fully or partially cover the fees, depending on your policy. Please check with your health insurance provider to see if they reimburse services from a non-medical practitioner and to what extent.
