Finding calm and balance has always been important to me. But like many others juggling a high-stress job and endless to-do lists, I often felt like I never had the time—and when I did, I was simply too exhausted to prioritize it.
That’s when I started designing Mindful Moments—simple yet powerful practices I could weave into my day to reconnect, find calm, and achieve more with less energy. I began sharing them with friends and colleagues, and soon, they became a part of their daily lives too.
